-Scheduled Maintained Window-

Thurs between 12am-6am our transport carrier will be replacing a section of fiber damaged by a cal trans job on the 99 freeway. Connectivity will be provided by our backup path however access will be slow during this time. All services should be restored by 6am.

-Internet Outage-

A fiber cut in the Arvin Area has severed our primary connection to Tehachapi. Our vendors are working with AT&T/SBC to restore our primary service to town. ETR is 7:00PM today. Service will be vary slow until then. As we are running on our backup path. We apologize for any problems this is causing.

-Internet Outage-

The problems have been isolated to a failing radio in the Bright lake area. We are running on a backup path at this time and will continue to do so until Monday 11/26/07 when parts arrive service should be at normal speeds except during peak times when some slowing may be noticed We apologize for any problems this is causing.

Our Local Tehachapi Phone number 661-238-4511 has been out of service since Friday AM o1 Communications who provides our Tehachapi phone service has advised us that SBC's maintenance failed to resolve the problem and the ticket is still open. Even though the number is an SBC number that is out of service due to their error, we were advised that SBC does not provide support for this type of issue except during normal business hours from Monday thru Friday. Our service will not be restored until Monday AM at the earliest. Please use our 310-856-0555 number until our service is restored by SBC

Our Local Tehachapi Phone number 661-238-4511 has been out of service since this morning o1 Communications who provides our Tehachapi Dialtone has advised us that this is a SBC Switch Translations problem. They estimate that service will be restored tonight during the maintenance window from 2AM to 6AM Saturday morning. This is the forth time in the last 4 months that the same problem has occurred with no explanation. Please use our 310-856-0555 number until service is restored by SBC
 

 

June 11, 2006,

Our upstream provider experienced a failure of an SMTP relay server. The problem was resolved at approx 7PM PDT on Saturday. Users that are still experiencing e-mail problems should completely shutdown your computer and restart to allow your computer to acquire the new server addresses.
